My Personal Story

If we go back to the year 2003, as a young Latino worker at a home repair company in Barcelona-Spain, I was in direct contact with unpleasant clients due to my origin and my foreign accent.
One afternoon during the visit to repair a clogged sink, I adopted a contortionist position to access the narrow place where the drain pipe was located, I got the right position to manipulate the lead pipe that served for the drains, this pipe broke and All the contents fell on my face. As quickly as I could, I left the small and uncomfortable place and that same day I made the decision to change my life and my workplace, surrounded by other types of people, into an office: THAT WAS MY REFLECTION!
