EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Turning Industrial Innovation into Sustainable Business Transformation
Frank Peralta is a sustainability executive, circular economy innovator, and entrepreneur with more than 18 years of international experience spanning automotive engineering, aerospace, sustainable materials, product innovation, and circular business transformation.
His career has been built on a fundamental belief: the materials that power industry today can become the resources that shape a more sustainable economy tomorrow.
After leading engineering and product development projects within the global automotive and aerospace industries, Frank founded Peralta Clothing to demonstrate how premium industrial surplus materials could be transformed into commercially viable luxury products. What began as an entrepreneurial venture evolved into a practical demonstration of circular economy principles—recovering high-value automotive leather, extending material lifecycles, and creating measurable environmental value without compromising quality or design.
Throughout his career, Frank has collaborated with leading automotive manufacturers and suppliers, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen Group, Audi, Porsche, Lamborghini, Hyundai, Ford, Tesla, Volvo, General Motors, and Airbus, gaining first-hand experience in global manufacturing, product development, supply chains, and industrial innovation.
As an internationally recognized keynote speaker, he has delivered more than 40 presentations across Europe, North America, and Latin America, including United Nations-supported initiatives, universities, innovation ecosystems, fashion platforms, and sustainability conferences. His work has helped position circular economy not as an environmental obligation, but as a driver of innovation, resilience, and long-term business value.
Today, Frank advises and collaborates with organizations seeking to accelerate sustainability, integrate circular business models, develop responsible material strategies, and create products and systems that generate measurable environmental, social, and commercial impact.
His leadership bridges engineering, innovation, business strategy, and sustainability—helping organizations transform environmental challenges into opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY
Sustainability Must Create Value
I believe sustainability succeeds only when it becomes part of the business strategy—not when it exists alongside it.
Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, design, and entrepreneurship. Those experiences taught me that lasting change is created not through isolated environmental initiatives, but by redesigning how organizations create value.
For me, circular economy is not simply about recycling materials. It is about rethinking systems, extending product life, recovering resources, strengthening supply chains, and unlocking new sources of innovation and profitability.
Leadership in sustainability requires balancing environmental responsibility with commercial performance. It means building partnerships across industries, engaging diverse stakeholders, and creating solutions that are both economically viable and environmentally meaningful.
I believe the future belongs to organizations capable of integrating sustainability into product development, procurement, manufacturing, customer experience, and corporate culture.
Technology, engineering, creativity, and responsible leadership are not competing priorities—they are complementary forces that, together, enable businesses to thrive while contributing positively to society.
My role as a leader is to connect these disciplines, inspire collaboration, and help organizations transform sustainability from an obligation into a competitive advantage.
Leadership Principles
- Build business models, not campaigns.
- Transform waste into strategic resources.
- Measure impact through results.
- Lead through collaboration and trust.
- Create long-term value for business, society, and the environment.
- Never stop challenging established systems.
